Everyone in our home does chores, including our toddler. By making them do chores while they are young, your kids will learn that they will have to do hard work to get the things they want in life.

I can remember going with my mom to the teacher supply store, and getting to pick up a little tub of their homemade play dough to bring home. Whenever my kids play with play dough, it takes me back to the hours I used to spend playing with play dough.

We love making homemade slimes and play dough recipes, even edible ones too! This simple sensory play activity keeps them busy for hours and is way better than the store-bought stuff (sorry mom!)
